How to Enter

  • Provide answers to Section 1 of the form below. Sections 2 and 3 are optional, but all entrants must click SUBMIT within Section 3 to be eligible.

Before you enter please read:

Entrants who complete and submit only Section 1 of the survey will be entered into the drawing to win up to $50.00 of items intended for classroom use.

Entrants who complete and submit only Sections 1 and 2 of the survey will be entered into two drawings – $50 and $150 – of items intended for classroom use.

Entrants who complete and submit all sections [Sections 1 and 2 and 3] of the survey will be entered into three drawings – $50, $150, and $500 – of items intended for classroom use.



Official Rules

  • For Clear The List 2024 (Beginning July 2024), we will begin receiving and reviewing entries on July 17, 2024 and we will announce winners on various dates between July 19, 2024 and September 30th, 2024. All entries submitted after September 8, 2024 at 11:59pm PST will not be considered. 
  • The winners will be chosen at-random by a third-party application. The winner may be contacted by direct message on TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram, and/or via e-mail. If we cannot discuss all phases of the process of purchasing list/classroom items with someone after one week, we may move on to another entrant.
  • All entrants must be over the age of 18 and employed as a teacher, school employee, support staff, or administrator of an accredited K-12 school or accredited early childhood education institution in the United States.
  • The giveaway is void in any jurisdiction where it might be prohibited by law. 
  • The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform involved.
  • No purchase necessary to participate.
  • This promotion is not a lottery.

  • Teacher Retirement U and Equable Institute are not liable for any problems that may arise in connection with this giveaway or the items purchased.
  • The odds of receiving this gift will depend on the amount of names submitted, but do not require anything from you other than the following rules of entry:
  1. Must be following TeacherRetirementU on TikTok, or Facebook, or Instagram, and
  2. Must provide answers to all questions within Section 1, Section 1 and 2, or Section 1, 2, and 3 and submit the survey distributed by Teacher Retirement U.
    1. Entrants who complete and submit Section 1 of the survey will be entered to win up to $50.00 of items intended for classroom use (based on the provided Amazon wish list link).
    2. Entrants who complete and submit Sections 1 and 2 of the survey will be entered to win up to $150.00 of items intended for classroom use (based on the provided Amazon wish list link).
    3. Entrants who complete and submit all sections [Sections 1 and 2 and 3] of the survey will be entered to win up to $500.00 of items intended for classroom use (based on the provided Amazon wish list link).
  3. Incomplete or late entries will not be accepted.
  • Any issues with the items upon delivery are the responsibility of Amazon or the Amazon seller associated with the item. Teacher Retirement U and Equable Institute are not liable for the replacement or refund of any damaged or incorrect items. All returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the entrant. 
  • Entrants are allowed ONE entry via the survey submission, but may return to the survey to edit responses if they choose. If they provide answers additional questions after their initial submission, Teacher Retirement U will do due diligence to enter them into the correct drawing, but makes no guarantees that the entrant will be eligible for larger dollar amount donations/winnings than what they qualified for under their original submission. 
  • The chosen entrants will be announced in a video post on TeacherRetirementU’s TikTok account, the @TeacherRetirementU Instagram account, and Teacher Retirement U Facebook account. We will also be contacting the chosen entrants via direct message or email. 
  • By applying for this giveaway, you give consent for Teacher Retirement U and Equable Institute to use your name and likeness on all TeacherRetirementU and/or Equable social media platforms and webpages.  We will never sell your information.
  • By applying for this giveaway, you give consent for Teacher Retirement U and/or Equable Institute to use and publish your survey answers as data sets, within written articles or papers, and in all other forms deemed necessary by Teacher Retirement U and/or Equable Institute. Your name, contact information, or any other identifying information will not be included if your answers are published publicly. 
  • Teacher Retirement U has the right to fix any typos or mistakes, or cover any loopholes, or do anything necessary that will keep Teacher Retirement U legally safe and free. By participating, you agree to not take any negative or legal action against the Teacher Retirement U, Equable Institute, or any of its individuals.
  • By applying for this promotion, you give Teacher Retirement U permission to contact you by direct message on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as the email address provided by the entrant in the submitted survey.
